Norman joined Strohm in August 2021 relocating to the Netherlands from Dubai - where was leading the regional Business Development for Pason Systems International representing the company with key accounts and prospects across the MENA Region. Prior to his role with Pason, Norman was based in Bahrain working in various Operations and Business Development roles covering Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Norman is originally German, with an international background having lived in Bangladesh, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Bahrain and the UAE. He holds an Economics Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
At home Norman has a german shepherd dog that keeps him quite busy; when not training or running with his dog, you will find Norman playing golf, scuba diving, sailing, exploring a new destination, or cooking up a new dish. Naturally as a German he also follows football and is a supporter of his hometown team HSV.
