Jey Ramasamy joined Strohm as Business Development Manager Asia, bringing nearly two decades of international experience in project delivery, business development, and cross-regional technical management across the Asia-Pacific region.
She holds a PhD in Engineering and is a Professional Engineer (Petroleum) as well as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, and she is an expert in deepwater subsea systems, offshore project execution, and strategic client engagement. She is recognized for her ability to deliver complex, high-value offshore projects, drive regional business growth, and cultivate strong strategic partnerships. She remains an active contributor to the industry through multiple professional bodies and has received numerous awards for leadership and impact.
Prior to working at Strohm, Jey has held technical and managerial roles at various energy companies, including Talisman, Shell Malaysia, Oceaneering, and Wood.
