Caroline Justet has worked at Strohm since 2018 as key account manager and business development manager. She was integral to the success of Total’s and ExxonMobil’s first joint qualification programme with the firm to qualify TCP for hydrocarbon applications. In 2022 Caroline was promoted to VP Europe. 

Caroline is responsible for developing Strohm's energy transition strategy, introducing new Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) product lines, and growing Strohm’s footprint in the offshore wind, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) markets.

With an MBA in International Management and an engineering background, Caroline has worked for over 14 years in the energy industry mainly in project management and commercial roles at Fives Cryo, Technip, and Vallourec.
