TCP Jumper for Preservation Fluid Service

Project description
In June 2019, Strohm was awarded with a contract from an international major contractor, for the supply of a 310 m TCP Jumper. The purpose of the subsea jumper spool is to provide preservation fluids to a subsea pipeline. The project is for an Angolan deepwater field with a water depth greater than 1,500 m. Under this contract, Strohm provides the client with a 3” ID, 282 bar design pressure TCP Jumper.

The TCP Jumper has been delivered on a Strohm Transport and Installation pallet, which will be lowered subsea during Jumper installation. The TCP Jumper will be unspooled from the pallet and connected utilizing a diverless connector system. The pallet will be recovered upon completion of the installation. The TCP Jumper is non-corrosive, lightweight, flexible, spoolable with a small minimum bend radius and comes complete with Bend Restrictors for additional installation protection.
